One tap to log
Tap a habit and it’s done. Counting habits like 8 glasses go up by one each tap.
New for iPhone and iPad
Tiny Wins is a habit tracker built on identity, two-minute starts and habit stacking. Log a habit with one tap and watch your year fill in. Everything stays on your device.
Free to start. No account. No ads. No tracking.
Big goals stall. Tiny Wins helps you build systems instead: who you want to become, the smallest first step, and a cue to do it.
Choose up to three identities. Every habit you log is a vote for that person.
“Read one page,” not “read a book.” Tiny Wins suggests a first habit that fits.
Log it in one tap. Add proof if you want to, never because you have to.
Open the app and your habits are right there. No dashboards to dig through, no streak guilt.
Grounded in the four laws of behaviour change: make it obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying.
Tap a habit and it’s done. Counting habits like 8 glasses go up by one each tap.
A grid for every habit shows your whole year. It fills in as you show up.
Choose who you want to become: a reader, an athlete, an early riser. Every rep is a vote.
Start with a version so easy you can’t say no, then scale to standard and stretch.
Anchor new habits to ones you already do: “After coffee, I will…”
Set when and where: “I will read at 9 pm in bed.” Get a reminder at that time.
Add a note or photo as proof. Look back on every win and run a weekly review.
Back up to Files or export a CSV whenever you like. No account needed.
Tiny Wins has no servers to send your data to, so it doesn’t.
Habits, logs, notes and photos are stored only on your iPhone or iPad.
No sign-up, no email, no password. Open it and start.
No analytics, no ads and no third-party SDKs. This website doesn’t track you either.
Yes, to start. Track up to 10 habits for free, with every feature and no ads. Tiny Wins Premium unlocks unlimited habits, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment goes through Apple, and you can cancel a subscription any time in your Apple ID settings.
Not automatically. Your data lives only on the device you use. To move it, use Settings › Back Up and restore the file on your other device.
Nothing dramatic. Your streak resets, but your year grid still shows every win. You can log what got in the way, and the weekly review helps you adjust.
Yes. Settings › Export History creates a CSV with every day, habit, count and note, ready for a spreadsheet.
Not yet. Email us if you’d like to hear when it is.
Two minutes today. A different person by next year.
